New recruiting employees to work directly with the youth in our emergency shelter program.  Degree preferred.  Full & Part time available.  Experience working with you a MUST.  Extensive criminal, driving and drug background checks proceed any hiring.

Volunteer Opportunities  Help us improve the quality of our community!

The Crisis Center is staffed with professionals and support personnel, however there is always a need for volunteers to help in a number of capacities.  All volunteers require complete background checks, so a very brief waiting period may apply before accptance.  Depending on your background and level of expertise, you may be able to help us help others in the following programs:

Alternative House - NEW! Creativity Teacher: 1 day per week (approximately 3 hours). Assisting and teaching the youth in our a shelter a variety of creative activities such as, arts & crafts, dancing, and other fun projects.

Youth As Resources - Teens ages 13 and up, including adults needed for Advisory Board. No experience needed.

Crisis Contact - Adult volunteers needed to answer our help line.   Free training is available.

Teen Court - Teens ages 10 - 17 to serve as court officials for real teen court hearings. 

Reassurance Contact - College-aged & adult volunteers needed to call clients for their weekly wellness checks.
